Bypassing Auto-Substitution

It may be required to order a product that is auto-subbed by McKesson.

1. Add to order pad as usual. For more information, see Manually Adding a Drug to the Order Pad.

2. Send order as usual. For more information, see Sending a Purchase Order from Propel Rx.

3. When submitting the order in PharmaClik, you will be notified you are ordering a non-primary generic.

4. In the Reason for Ordering column, select the applicable option.

5. Proceed with checking out the order.
